Hey @cromaretail, I bought a washing machine 2 weeks ago and it’s still sitting uninstalled. Every day I’m told a technician will be assigned "within 48 hours," but nothing happens. Truly terrible customer service. Please look into this incompetency

Third class repair services of Television. I got the tv screen repaired for 4k just a month ago and the screen has again gone bad. The representatives are again saying the technician visit will again cost me bucks.
@Olacabs Lately your services, your drivers, your cars have been degrading a lot. I booked a cab, waited for it for 15 mins only to realise the driver was not coming and neither cancelled it himself. I had to cancel it and was charged a cancel fee wrongly.
This is the second time it has happened and you guys just don't take any prompt action via mail also because you think the customer will forget in a day or two. What kind of nonsense is this. Fare badha rahe ho to services dhanki karo na ki degrade.
@UC_Assist This is an honest feedback based on the fact that my masseuse's table had some loose screws. She didn't even know that but I pointed it out. So you guys should provide maintenance services regularly otherwise someone is going to end up hurting their back.
@urbancompany_UC Kindly provide your masseuse with new massage tables after a period of time because even they don't know when the screws go loose and they might end up hurting people instead of providing relief. This is a basic maintenance service expected from @UC_Assist
@UberIN_Support No you have not. Everytime I sit in Uber either the driver is rude either always on phone or telling me AC nhi chalega kyuki fare AC vala nhi h. What is this nonsense. Why your quality is degrading so much. The drivers are just pathetic. 350 rupees for 5km is not AC fare???
@UberIN_Support What kind of pathetic drivers you have started hiring. No politeness, no professionalism. Don't want to turn on AC, dirty cars, and what not. Are you so desperate right now? That you will just hire anyone? Drivers are your asset. At least hire them properly.
