@FedExHelp Replying via DM for now but will return to a public forum if your hellacious customer service continues. Our package had medication in it & your delivery notification SHOWS your driver delivered it to the wrong home. Yet you’re not at fault? I’m a caregiver. This is unacceptable.
@FedEx - who can I need to speak w/ regarding incompetence on behalf of your company & ridiculous shipping practices? I’d like to speak w/someone in the US who can explain what the hell is going on/why you closed a case # when you clearly didn’t deliver a package of medication.
