My mom purchased a vehicle from @CarMax on June 20 and has experienced multiple issues shortly afterward. We’ve tried working with the store, but the concerns remain unresolved. A BBB complaint has been filed, and we’re hoping CarMax will help reach a fair resolution.

@united I was on flight 2015 in Las Vegas on Monday trying to get back to Chicago. The flight was supposed to take off at 3:51 pm, but got delayed until 11:00 pm which means I didn’t get back to Chicago until almost 5 in the morning!

First there was an issue with the backup system, then the air conditioning wasn’t connecting to the WiFi, and the best one when it was time to take off we were told the plane was 4200 pounds overweight and that if the plane went up it would come back down.
