Babies & young children pick up lots from the people they spend the most time with & who they love the best – their parents & carers. Through these models they absorb behaviours, attitudes towards learning & how to interact with others.

Christmas can be quite tiring. Tom gets very excited about his presents and rather cross. So he and Grandpa go for a walk together in the snow, just the two of them. The sun is very big and red.

There's so many twinkly lights at Christmas. Why not take a walk around your neighbourhood and point to the houses that have twinkly lights.
When we share songs, rhymes and music with children we are creating musical memories together, as well as creating bonds.

"Efficiency" & "productivity": two terms that we often confuse. As a result, we may struggle to address the problems we face because they focus on different problems with different solutions.
High efficiency does not mean high productivity. We can create highly efficient processes, but if people aren’t motivated to do the work or following procedures, they won’t produce results quickly.
High productivity does not mean high efficiency. We can have the most highly skilled & connected people, but if they are drowning in operational processes & red tape, they won’t produce results quickly.

This messy play activity is always a hit in our Peep sessions:
✅ Cooked spaghetti with green food colouring
✅ Mini bugs
Children love finding the hidden bugs and the sensory feeling of the spaghetti. A great 'in-between' activity for those who don't like to get too messy.
