Regarding last two days on @friendtech

- We have deployed more than 1000 ETH on Friend Tech. People blaming us for selling 10-20 ETH worth of keys are just coping or looking for excuses to take profit and leave.

- We operate on a large scale and sometimes we can make mistakes (sell keys that we shouldn't sell for example). In this case, do not panick, contact us and we will make things right.

- When we deploy without (3,3) agreements, we are free to sell the way we want. We don't owe you anything.

- We could literally sell all the keys we own in a single block. We will never do so but if you do not trust us; sell us and leave.

We have been working hard for 2 months to bring as much value as possible to Friend Tech. We believe in the product and we are here to stay. For CBB family trusting us and supporting us, we will make sure to do things right and to keep providing value.

CBBuuull fair launch will take place tomorrow at around 5 pm UTC (Tuesday 17 October). Eligible whitelist users will have 2 hours to join the sale and receive their refund ⌛️

Each whitelisted user has a guaranteed spot for 2 hours and is free to buy whenever confortable with the current market price 💪

Starting price will be 1.53 ETH before refund. Total refund will be around 40-75% of market price 💯

We have designed a way to launch on @friendtech with:

- Whitelist system for community🤝
- Fair entry price for whitelisted users 🟰
- No high concentration of keys into the hands of few holders including the room owner 🔑

Overview 💫

During a new launch on @friendtech with us:

- The launch price will be set and communicated in advance.
- Anyone (whitelisted and non-whitelisted members) can buy keys on the open market.
- Only the whitelisted members are eligible for a refund (up to 75% of their buying price).

How to get refunded? 💸

To be eligible for a refund, a user must:

- Be whitelisted
- Hold at least one key
- Not have been refunded yet

Then, the user will automatically receive the refunded ETH on his FT wallet.

How does it work? 🧪

Before launch, the owner sends us a list of X WL members.

At launch, we create a bundle of 2 transactions: the owner buys 1 key and our smart-contract snipes X keys.

Each time a user gets eligible for a refund, our smart-contract matches the key bought with the sale of one key and directly sends the profit to the user.

At the end of the refund process, all the keys bought by the smart-contract will be effectively transferred to whitelisted users.

The refund operation will be automatically handled by a program that constantly checks the eligible criteria but can also be called by each user.
