@BeastysDonsCOYR Briefly isn't coming here to sit on the bench. Him in for Lyons and you won't be far off if we don't sign wingers. I think we will though. Think Robinson is doing the most important thing right now in sorting the spine of the team out.
@fut_maverick@stonefish100 It's a double edged sword really. If we didn't sign the projects and went with ready made players then some of the guys who let us down wouldn't have been on the pitch. We aren't a big enough club to spend 500k etc on a player who isn't ready made to play.
@fut_maverick@stonefish100 Yeah but if you don't get a fee then you'll end up having to pay them off.
I don't agree with the narrative that it was all the foreign players. But we have got the strategy wrong. Bringing foreign players in is fine. But we shouldn't have brought in the amount of "projects"
@fut_maverick@stonefish100 Whilst I don't disagree about Milne, Devlin and Armstrong, there's no re-sale value in 2 of them anyway. Milne if we are being honest, just isn't very good. With the others, we likely haven't paid all of the fees due for them. Putting NM back to WSW makes sense.
@Mike34775@GrantHeath95@stonefish100@RedsDht Young striker from Liverpool. Scores a good number in PL2. Happy to get him if it means shifting out Yengi, Lazetic and Ambrose providing we can also get an experienced striker in the building.
@KeskinensBigToe Couldn't think of a worse idea tbh. Could potentially have somebody who finishes 8th in the SP relegated in favour of somebody who finished 5th in the Championship.
