@sainsburys Thank you Kenneth but again I don't think my point is being understood. Would you substitute sausages for spinach? Probably not. Then why would the same be done for any other vegetarian product?
@sainsburys I'm hoping you can help. Twice now your online order pickers have deemed it suitable to substitute a vegetarian quiche with a meat quiche which I then have to reject and wait for a refund. How hard is it for staff to understand the difference between meat and veg?
@sainsburys Hi Toni. My issue isn't with availability. Your substitution rule states: "We choose substitutes very carefully and offer what we believe is the most appropriate alternative to the product you’ve ordered" How is a bacon quiche an appropriate replacement for a vegetarian quiche?
