@MyntraSupport@myntra this is how you dupe your customers and when they raise complaints immediately you just say that quality was checked.. are you claiming that ur qc is 100 % ? I have raised such issues previously also. Have you lowered customer satisfaction standards now ?
@myntra@MyntraSupport yesterday i received a parcel fully sealed and packed . I opened it immediately and to my surprise i found that the product was different.Within 15-20 minutes of me receiving the product i raised complaint with all photos and proofs but my claim is rejected
@myntra@MyntraSupport the bill in the packet was in someone else name with address from different state. How is this my fault and why was my claim rejected
@airindia This has caused a lot of mental stress and loss of critical time . I missed important events in Kolkata bcz of utterly useless customer service by @airindia . I will take this to @consumerforum_
@airindia Despite raising the issue 100 times , calling 50 times till now . Telling that i have all my things in that bag ,new in this city . just now a person called me telling that ur delivery will be done by evening as he was not appraised by anyone to deliver on priority. @airindia
