@flyspicejet A flight ticket does not give the right to the airline to treat the passengers with disrespect and humiliate them. I have vowed not to travel with @flyspicejet but need to highlight this episode to others and @DGCAIndia so that actions can be taken. (6/6)

Faced harassment from @flyspicejet authorities in @aaishillong. In the name of rules, @flyspicejet was trying to extort money from the passengers. Seems this is the way they are trying to save the airline. @DGCAIndia (1/n)

@flyspicejet I pointed this out to Mr. Guha and he kept my luggage aside and threatened to hand me over to CISF. He made sure I was the last person to board the flight by not checking in my luggage and not even handing it back to me. (5/n)
