Can we do something about asking them to respect other citizens morning time and play these on a low volume that can be heard only in the temple or the place they play instead of waking everyone up with their super loud volume.

I have recently moved to pisoli Pune. Every morning a temple here somewhere in 1 km distance plays religious songs on loudspeakers from 6 am onwards, the volume is so high that it feels like they’re are playing right in my house.
