This is why I usually don't do this, because you spend hours making an info dump only for some guys to -not read it- so they can post a smug one-liner, or look at all the collected info actually based on some real groundwork and go "Nuh-uh! Based on on what? Muh feels!"
But that's just twitter doing twitter things I guess.
To some of the actual sentiments:
"Head proportions doesn't work" Wrong: It might even be the ONLY thing that actually works. I demonstrated pretty directly that it works across different art styles, even with completely different key artists and character designers.
Moe can't define it, because moe is too broad and is not exclusively for lolis even if it is integral. Age, height in cm's, or a specific contemporary artstyle describing some abstract idea of "cuteness and roundness" can't define it either because they vary way too much.
"Art style differences" really don't bother the system that much, it might make a medium into a small or vice-versa but it doesn't break it. If it did, I think you would have just posted an example, but you didn't.
"It lacks a useful definition" I did post a definition, a loose one that I came to the conclusion of: A mix of moe and a petite body (size:petite established by the head proportion system)
"Lolicon is a genre of character stylization focusing on the expression of latently erotic moe through neotenous traits." - is basically the same, but neotenous traits is a bit vague, so I tried to give more of a handable definition. There can always be exceptions to a rule, but as shown, it works to give a good baseline.
"Needlessly extensive" maybe, I just wanted to dump everything I collected that might be useful
"do you have other tips to make them more accurate?" Not really. Since loli isn't a strict term there isn't one aspect you can specifically narrow down, other than enhancing the moe (whether thats going smaller to enhance cuteness, adding gap moe or something else).
