What's the use of ordering so many days in advance if the Rakhi doesn't even get delivered before the festival ? @IGPcom

E-mailing & calling everyday is a really hectic thing to do. Since morning I'm trying to get in touch with the customer care number. There's no reply on e-mail. I requested on instagram as well.. still no response is there. What am I supposed to do ?
