• Fast-track police probe: Forensic analysis of videos, arrests, & daily updates.

• Activate Karnataka Child Rights Commission inquiry + surprise audits of ALL workplace daycares.

• Offer counselling & compensation to affected families. Close the facility till cleared.

Working families in IT hubs can’t fear leaving kids at creches. Transparency on investigation progress is non-negotiable.

Suggestions to Prevent Recurrence:

• Strict licensing, mandatory CCTV (live parent access), police-verified staff & caregiver training ratios.
• Regular unannounced inspections & heavy penalties for violations under JJ Act.
• State-wide audit of corporate daycares & single portal for complaints.
• Awareness campaigns + empower Helpline/Childline. Make child safety a corporate compliance KPI.

Economic liberalisation expanded the market from just four brands to more than sixty, driving prices down while improving efficiency. Investments in power infrastructure, renewable energy and energy-efficiency standards ensured that growing demand did not overwhelm the grid.

Instead of restricting cooling like Europe, India chose to make it cleaner, cheaper and more accessible. The result is higher productivity, better public health, improved quality of life and a sustainable pathway to meeting the cooling needs of a rapidly developing nation.
