@SamsungHelpUK I am now on day 179 since I contacted you about my fridge/freezer. 28th of Sept I was told to unplug it, that it was not repairable. 3 bogus delivery dates and a heap of lies and I still have no replacement. 3 kids under 5 in this house! Daily replacement of food!

@SamsungUK really fed up with the lack of answers as to where my replacent fridge freezer is or if I'll ever get it. Over a month without a fridge/freezer. Your customer support can't even get email response to their emails to escalate the issues on my account. Do better!

Wow the support that @SamsungIreland_ @SamsungUK @SamsungSupport give is laughable!!! Over a month waiting for a replacement fridge/freezer. No one knows where it is, I'm expected to just carry on without a fridge freezer! Do better!! Staff can't even get replys to emails 😥🤬
