Does she know what a golf bag looks like. Return trip agent weighed bags 39 lbs. There should be a consistent uniform check procedure. Unprofessional.

@SpiritAirlines your gate agents need more training. Prepaid for golf bags as checked bags. When I get to check in, agent was adamant we needed to pay for over sized bags . $100 each. We told her we had paid. She said we had oversized bags. She never weighed bags .
