@AskPlayStation Yes its on the same account I bought it with, I used my balance which was topped up with a gift card and I can see the transaction with the ID and I checked on services and it should say '0' but it says '1' I bought the FIFA points through the PlayStation website on my account

@AskPlayStation I'm on PS4 and I have Fifa 22 on digital and I reached out to EA and they said the payment went through but it didn't register so I need a refund but I am having trouble with the refund assistance
