@gucci experiencing some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Your suppliers @uk_dhl are not much better. Why use a supplier who commit to a Saturday delivery and charge for it - they fail to meet that and then can’t be contacted. Your team then can’t do a thing about it

Spent over 1hr dialling 2b advised it’s busy, so it disconnects. Get to an advisor eventually, to advise he isn’t trained & I need to redial the same number 🤷🏻‍♀️

@NicolaSturgeon can someone explain why travelling back to #Scotland from #SouthAfrica needs to arrive by 4am on 27th when rest of I’m is 4am on 28th. At the time of announcement there were no possible flights to get to Scotland by that time. Creating impossible boundaries!
