But instead of connecting the call, you are forced to listen to a long telecom announcement saying your recharge is expiring and you should recharge soon.

Then the same message comes in another language.

Your call is still not connected.

We already know our recharge is expiring. Send an SMS. Send a notification. But don't play it during a phone call and waste the caller’s time with a useless warning.

Let the call connect first. Put the warning in the background if you absolutely have to play it.
