I REALLY want to complain about another company. Being harassed by our old letting agent who were awful. Why do letting agents act like complete assholes? They think they can get away with it because tenants are too scared of being evicted and having to pay high moving costs!

@AStokkebye @JustEat They are actually pretty good about it after the initial response! I had a long conversation with the managing director, and they were taking it very seriously and retraining staff etc and are now looking into ways of not sharing customer numbers!
