Sheldon and @StechfordWMP Neighbourhood teams conducted a joint speeding operation on multiple roads.
Over 300 cars were monitored.
Several drivers were spoken to and given advice on their speed.
2 x Drivers received speeding tickets.
Earlier this week PCSO Carr and Davies were joined by our local councillors on speed watch operations around Sheldon.

Sheldon NHT held a drop in session this evening.
Although it was short notice we are thankful for the residents that attended to raise their concerns within the community.

This evening, our eagle eyed PCSO's spotted a wanted shop lifter at Sheldon Retail Park. The male was swiftly arrested by a nearby officer and is currently in custody awaiting interview. #teamworkmakesthedreamwork
Yesterday the Speedwatch team conducted an operation on Manor house Lane.
Over 600 cars were monitored and 11 were found to be speeding and will therefore receive a letter in the post 📩

PCSO Carr and Davies have been at the retail park this morning giving crime prevention advice to our local community and handing out some gadgets to deter offenders. WMnow sign ups also completed.
We patrolled Sheldon Country Park due to ongoing issues with off road bikes.

Sheldon NPT officers have arrested and charged a persistent shop lifter for 2 offences at Sheldon Retail Park. Shop lifting is not a victimless offence and can have a significant impact on local businesses and their staff.
Sheldon Speedwatch team have conducted a Speedwatch event this morning on Common Lane...445 vehicles checked 14 vehicles travelling over the 30mph limit between 08-30/09-30hrs
