经过与用户、利益相关方及专业顾问的进一步磋商，BitMart正拟定一份潜在重组方案，以此作为全面停业清算的替代方案。该方案或将包含有序分阶段恢复部分业务运营，同时向债权人进行资产分配，相关安排仍需经过进一步的法律、财务、运营及合规评估���为推进相关流程，BitMart已委任伟凯律师事务所担任重组法律顾问。伟凯将联合BitMart其他专业顾问，评估可行方案，并��助制定潜在重组计划，其中包括分阶段恢复运营的相关框架。

目前我方正联合顾问团队制定路线图，力争不晚于2026年9月9日发布后续最新通知。

相关信息一经确认，我们将持续向社区同步更新。推进上述工作期间，恳请大家保持耐心与理解。待业务恢复方案正式拟定后，我们计划征询社区用户意见。

Update Regarding BitMart’s Potential Restructuring and Business Resumption Plan

Dear BitMart Users,

We are writing to update you on developments further to our announcement dated 26 July 2026. We appreciate the community’s patience during this period.

Following further discussions with members of the community, our stakeholders and professional advisers, BitMart is developing a potential restructuring plan as an alternative to a full wind-down. The potential plan may include the phased resumption of certain operations in an orderly manner alongside distributions to creditors, subject to further legal, financial, operational and regulatory assessment. To support this process, BitMart has appointed White & Case as its restructuring counsel. White & Case will work alongside BitMart’s other professional advisers to evaluate the available options and assist in developing the potential restructuring plan, including any framework for the phased resumption of operations.

A roadmap is currently being developed together with our advisers and we will endeavour to provide a further update by no later than 9 September 2026.

We will endeavour to provide further information to the community on a rolling basis as soon as it is available, and we ask for your patience and understanding while this work is carried out. We expect to consult with the community on any business resumption plan once it is launched.

Please continue to monitor our official website, official mobile app, and official social media channels for further updates. As always, please remain cautious of scams and only rely on information from BitMart's official channels.
