@DanielHalton3 @PockitUK The same thing has happened to me after days of waiting and BS excuses from Pockit I went through various ways to see what I was able to do to get my money and went to the FCA website to open a case with them to find out Wirecard is shutting down hence the “delay” they not stupid

@PockitUK not happy at all firstly my husband had his account blocked 8 months ago with over £2000 in and never ever had a response and that’s bad enough then recently I had a pockit card come I had £856 in there’s of my rent money and my food money for the month
