@backt0nature I kinda wondered...I know our Owl's babies got MUCH bigger before they could leave the nest. But the Awesomely Adorable Factor cannot be denied!! ๐
@Not_Interesting This is Gracie. My Mompeep's Mom belongs to her. She was lost and scared in a street, but she's had a Forever Home ever since Mompeep's family met her years ago. I have cute pics of myself too, but I gotta admit I do like this!
@candystripe@ThatVetSean@Cat_The_Vet Oh, and cats too. I known they like to climb and jump, AND they can be really proud and self conscious...that's insult to injury. ๐ฃ
@ThatVetSean I'd say it's a good thing! Why do humans breed animals for *really unhealthy* traits anyway? Especially dogs (and horses, too), who work so hard and do so much for them. ๐ I'm glad our peeps aren't into that stuff.
@KevinTheGOAT85 @bigmacdturtle As much water as he gets on his beak, and under the spout, I figure he's getting something, lol. He loves to bite and lick on it. And he's sure relaxed a lot about his tub. It's REALLY dedicated to playtime now. ๐
@bigmacdturtle Mompeep says it's a Water Bottle with a Ball Valve (whatever that is). Apparently it's usually for rabbits (I do know what those are!). I was glad Tango figured out how to use it quickly. We can't let RABBITS show us up! ๐
@bigmacdturtle Where are you anyway? Getting a little anxious here in southeastern VA. We're near the coast just a few miles up from the NC border. Dadpeep has stocked us up on wormies, just in case. Maybe I'd better make sure HE'S stocked up too!
@bigmacdturtle I just doze....but sometimes I like to do that for a whole day. Or longer. I think my record was nearly 48 hours before the peeps couldn't stand it and tipped me out. Call me naughty, but I rather do enjoy seeing how long before they crack. ๐
@McStoryGal@bunsenbernerbmd@dog_feelings Be nice. Or be quiet. I'm hoping you weren't deliberately being snide. I'm not a snapping turtle myself, seriously. But rudeness to https://t.co/MxDVL1x7Ua has been known to make me bite. Just saying.
@McStoryGal@bunsenbernerbmd@dog_feelings Mompeep knew Mr. Rogers. She grew up with him. From what she says he taught her, he was very wise. And as a turtle, I'll say she called it right. It is known. ๐
