'how do you expect people to do xyz without ai?'

idk man the same way we did 5-6 years ago. by learning, or paying people who know how, or by asking for help. people are acting like pre-ai we were in the dark ages..

[Shelby @Shellbunny_]

@Tofuboi It's giving me a dyshidrotic exzema flare up on my hands, and headaches from sinus pressure :(

[Shelby @Shellbunny_]

pray for all us melbourne baddies with hayfever, this is extra fucked.

How dare consumers have information that informs their purchasing decisions

crazy concept.

'political statement' my ass. Just.. get good?

[Tim Sweeney @TimSweeneyEpic]

@mattworkman Forcing developers to write a political statement to be used against them by the hate mob they’re helping organize is abhorrent.

[Frosty Games 🍦 @FrostyGamesFest]

It's #SteamNextFest time! 🎮 We've pulled together a thread of ANZ-made game demos that are available right now!

These are just the games we came across so far, if you know of any others, please share them in the replies 👇

@itsdopeydyl Jesus christ, the internet works in weird ways.

[Shelby @Shellbunny_]

@Zadow_ I have this whole lot listed if your bank account relaxes 😂 but I have it on marketplace, hoping it goes soon.

I’m parting with a lot of stuff but keeping what matters (like my hot pink ps2)

[Shelby @Shellbunny_]

It’s *selling physical media and retro consoles day*
It has been a long time coming. Figuring out what to keep and sell.. lots more to dig through.
I love physical media but having so much of it has been taking up a lot of space, and some needs to go to people who will love it more
(I’m keeping some dw. A few hundred more titles and like 20 more consoles to go)

[Shelby @Shellbunny_]

@Zadow_ @BiggE_Huggs Yes :D

[Shelby @Shellbunny_]

@Duckie_Dolittle I can never part with mine! A lovely woman from Facebook in my hometown gave it to me and it was her original engagement present many years ago. I’ve kept it for years since - and it has the original manual and remote. I love it :)

[Shelby @Shellbunny_]

Mfw I realize how expensive the game is I’m holding

[Shelby @Shellbunny_]

I just get stared at by this all day everyday..

[Shelby @Shellbunny_]

I love these goobers

There are too many low-IQ and deeply disingenuous people sharing all sorts of false equivalences about this, so to clarify a few points:

1. Microsoft doesn't make money from Steam sales of other publishers’ games. Steam is its own separate storefront.

2. Untitled Goose Game is published by Panic, NOT House House, and the publishing agreement was drawn up BEFORE Microsoft was a priority BDS boycott.

House House can't just delist the game on Xbox without breaking said publishing agreement (or without the publisher doing it).

Obviously, Big Walk's publishing agreement was drawn up later and, as such, excludes Xbox or Microsoft.

3. Sony, Nintendo, and countless other companies aren't priority BDS targets. While Israel or the IDF may purchase or use their publicly available technology, or other retailers may carry their products in Israel, they did NOT have a deep relationship and technological tie-in with Israel's military with specific intent and purpose, facilitating genocide and ethnic cleansing.

That's why Microsoft is considered a priority boycott by BDS, while the others are not.

“Commercial records from Israel’s defence ministry and files from Microsoft’s Israeli subsidiary, suggest Microsoft’s products and services, chiefly its Azure cloud computing platform, were used by units across Israel’s air, ground and naval forces, as well as its intelligence directorate.”

“As a trusted partner of Israel’s defence ministry, Microsoft was frequently tasked with working on sensitive and highly classified projects. Its staff also worked closely with the IDF’s intelligence directorate, including its elite surveillance division, Unit 8200.”

“The disclosures about Microsoft’s deep ties to the IDF and the integration of its systems in the war effort illustrate the growth of private-sector involvement in hi-tech warfare.”

It should be noted that following public and internal staff pressure, Microsoft has now cut Israel's military off from using some of its services.

I attached a vivo pc holder too.
(Though I’m not using a sit/stand)

[Shelby @Shellbunny_]

Can I get a little commotion for my cable management pls

For those wondering - it's this frame from Kmart. you can pop them open and add extra things easily without taking them off the wall, too. Like flip-open shadowboxes. https://t.co/yEJ6jomuj1
Just construction paper on the background and glue tape to secure things!

I may have been hungover today but I fear I have cooked with this lil gallery.
I need more frames
