Air India cancelled my flight and does not have suitable alternative flight of its own. But they refused to rebook my flight to Star Alliance members, saying “as per the policy”. However, such saying contradicts their own CoC!

Air India continues to refuse to deal with my problem of its airline ticket. The excuse is redirecting me to my travel agent.
However, It is against the DGCA Civil Aviation Requirements (CAR), Section 3, Air Transport Series M, Part II.
