When you call, the employees lie constantly and even with their names you can never find the person you last spoke with. Tired of this.

@Xfinity @danajudge This twitter account is about as helpful as calling. Customer service is terrible and just wants to tell you how you did something wrong or act like you don’t understand. The techs that come where I am don’t even work with xfinity and charge me $75 for every visit.

Cell phone reception is so bad, I’m surprised I can even send a tweet. I guess I’ll read a book today since @Xfinity WiFi can’t get their act together once again, and their phone customer service is entirely unhelpful. I wish there were other providers where I live. 🤬🤬🤬
