Orris Looted money of innocent buyers. Using their money to buy system. What buyers have done wrong till date. Buyers want their houses.

[Soumitra Karnik @SoumitraKarnik]

Just when one thought the homebuyers of #Greenopolis had faced the worst, the builder stoops lower. Through proxies and stooges, he files rubbish cases against genuine buyers. This time, all limits were crossed. Forged signatures of people were submitted in court. The builder has already been raided by the ED, already cheated thousands of tax-paying buyers, and yet still finds honour in our courts. He is propped up by paid influencers and one-sided stories published by the media. Let us promise you, you come after our homes with lies, fraud and forged signatures. We will come after you with truth, facts and law. @Greenopolis89 @

[Shelly Pawar @ShellyPawar545]

@Greenopolis89 Fault of lawyer not of buyers. Smart people can clearly understand. We buyers are fighting for their homes which they invested from their hard earned money. Cheated buyers in hope of justice.

[Greenopolis Welfare Association @Greenopolis89]

Now the outrage: media mocks us over a legal error. Are cheated homebuyers supposed to vet every case law their lawyer cites? Absurd.

We acted fast — withdrew the statement & removed the lawyer. Yet headlines ignore that.

We’re 1,800 hardworking families:

Cheated by builders
Failed by the system
Ignored by politicians
Let down a lawyer
Shamed by the media

The real story isn’t AI in court— it’s families still defrauded by Orris, 3C & others.

A LIST OF GLARING EVIDENCE WHICH HON'BLE HC JUDGE DHARMESH SHARMA’S SINGLE-BENCH ORDER BLATANTLY OVERLOOKED IN THE GREENOPOLIS CASE: In the shocking March 2025 judgement, the court stripped almost a thousand homebuyers of their rights by declaring 3C a mere 'contractor' in the #Greenopolis project, ignoring mountains of legal, regulatory & financial evidence🧵
