@Whistleblowerat If you have had sight.....then lucky you....perhaps you could share info...without McD signs. The computerised custody system led to staff using drop down menus rather than writing text as to 5wh for use of powers . I suspect they may be reliant on visual and audio back up...

@Whistleblowerat Nurse involvement ...again if you have more info.....pse share it. Was DP a transfer? What was her recorded medical condition upon arrival? What was her risk assessment upon arrival? What was the RA upon release (which I suspect may reflect on her overall behaviour and needs).

@Whistleblowerat If the DPs behaviour upon arrest,vin transit or upon arrival at custody involved any possible threat of self harm ..then the path could ultimately lead to clothing removal. I have not seen the CCTV from the cell or desk or the BWV.

@Whistleblowerat I can only see 1 page of the custody record....which is a shame. If the DP was transfered from another custody suite then (dependant on how the DP presents) another search may occur as the new custody officer has to redo the booking in process.
