@nckhui Just get Google classroom back it was so easy to manage and such a great tool for teachers, especially elementary teachers. I understand the switch to Canvas and Canvas has many benefits however, Google classroom was beautiful as is.

@nckhui We have a teacher shortage, let’s increase the shortage by filling vacancies w/ unlicensed people, increase class sizes w/ no IA in grades 2 and 3, require them to post lesson plans that they write with no training…a 1.25% raise? Who is making these decisions? Walk away now.

@nckhui Let’s face it, teacher salaries have never been a priority in the state of North Carolina.
They never went back and retroactively paid for that long time salary freeze. So demoralizing, yet we still go in, loving the children and the work we do everyday.

@JennMGreenberg It is a cookie pan because it has edges on all four sides,. A cookie sheet is flat has edges on the long ends only and has no edges at all on the two long sides.

@nckhui You did not post the full information. As a veteran of over 31 years, I do not make anything close to that, have calculated my raise by comparing my paystub to the scale. What an insult to veterans without MST/NBCT! Why are all % not the same as well?
