👏 this shambles should never been up for a debate in the 1st place , simple as that! Not rocket science to determine if a woman is a biological women or not? it's fact. Choose what you want to dress as be known as, etc end of the day your either biologically male or female

Sandie Peggie stood up for women’s privacy and paid the price. NHS Fife suspended her for objecting to a male colleague in the female changing room. She was treated as the problem—for wanting what the law was always meant to guarantee.

Now the UK Supreme Court has ruled that “woman” in the Equality Act means biological female. Not feelings. Not identity. Biology.

That makes Peggie’s belief not only reasonable—but legally protected. Her stance wasn’t just moral, it was lawful. NHS Fife must concede. She was right all along.
