@ShabbyGinLover @RJAH_NHS I am almost exactly one year on from you and can’t tell you how amazing my knee feels now! The whole experience was brilliant. Best advice is embrace the experience, get some good netflix /book recommendations, ice as much as possible and do your exercises! Good Luck!
