@GDTalbot@LifeNewsHQ So you believe a rape victim who doesn’t want to have a child should be forced to carry the child forced upon her that she didn’t want? Does she not get a say in the matter?
No, Glenn. Your hypothetical only works if you erase the word “consent.”
If someone is too intoxicated to consent, it shouldn’t matter whether they chose to drink or someone else gave them the alcohol.
It’s really not that complicated. That’s why a majority of states don’t have this loophole.
@LifeNewsHQ The choice should still be allowed. And there’re no body until at least 10 weeks. What if a teenager becomes pregnant and wants to have the choice to abort before the body of the fetus forms should she be denied an abortion pill she can take before the first 10 weeks?
@LifeNewsHQ How does it destroy the woman’s’ decision to decide what happens to their body? That choice belongs to the woman and the doctor. Banning abortion takes away personal liberties from woman.
@LifeNewsHQ I support self autonomy being the choice of an individual not the government. The death penalty is cruel and is used far too much. I believe taking an abortion pill in the early stages is humane as the child is not fully developed and gives the woman a choice.
@tulipvirtues If a woman decides she doesn’t to want to have a child before it is fully developed or feels that the birth might prove deadly to her she should have the right to make that choice.
