I am duped and conned by @travolook @Travolookcare. I have booked flight tickets on 20-Feb on behalf of my friend and they told me after 30mins my tickets will be confirmed through email. After waiting for 30mins, they cancelled my ticket and I'm struggling to get my refund.

@Paytmcare This is not my mistake right? Even If I call today to @PaytmTravelCare they will say I am eligible for 80% refund. It's clearly mentioned in the registered complaint id with @paytm with #22053522733
