This begins tonight! 64 east lower deck closed. 64 east top deck remains open. To access the Shawnee take 64 east (top deck) to 22nd St. then to M. Ali Blvd. and back to the Shawnee.

All westbound traffic to the Sherman Minton Bridge will be rerouted for nine days beginning this morning. Suggested detour is I-65N over the toll bridge to I-265 to I-64W. Or if you despise RiverLink, the 2nd Street Bridge is available, too. Or you can swim.

I’m sure y’all know this by now but the Sherman Minton Bridge is CLOSED to westbound traffic. Drivers will not be able to use the bridge to get from Louisville to New Albany.
