@airasia booked a flight 2 days ago. 1st txn say use of credit account payment failed please try again. Tried again and surpriseeee!!! Now I have 2 bookings for same flight under same name. Used AVA but it keeps on saying that “refund may fail coz it’s not a flight cancellation”

@ethrealambivert @FayyanFreaks But that’s the problem with our healthcare, it has entailed itself to too much of the politics that it takes a proclamation of emergency in Malaysia to get things running especially the private parties. Guessing “adat” will always be “adat”, can’t change much about it. 🥲

@ethrealambivert @FayyanFreaks Rather than bashing irrationally, I really think that there’s always a better way to express her “thoughts” given she is an “influencer”. Plus, no one likes making harsh decision. However, harsh decisions HAVE to be made especially at this time.
