@teachingaeons @NEUnion What a big loss! Utmost respect must be given to the experienced teachers in particular during observations and appraisals. We all want to learn new strategies which suit us but we should not be patronised.

@MrsHJT_ @NEUnion Well I know it may not sound ethical but we don't have to inform our manager or head teacher. If we do, they will most probably arrange cover which would not serve the purpose to go on strike in the first place. This is what I understand.
