I agree. Successful organizations generate revenue, but great organizations put people at the center of their decisions. Right now and prior, it often feels like the NCAA is reacting to change instead of shaping it. The consequences trickle down from college athletics to high school and youth sports. They need to become more proactive and athlete focused before the gap between profit and purpose grows even wider.

I feel for everyone in this transfer portal era. Coaches, players, fans.IMO it’s just terrible. Almost no chance of building a culture, zero loyalty, no one can trust anything anyone says. Terrible for sports.. it’s brutal to watch this take place each year in our sport
