17 July I contacted @Aramex here on Twitter about a shipment of mine they delivered to someone else on 4 July. Today is 27 July and I still have ZERO updates, only vague responses!!! #aramex#shopnship
@Aramex it's been a week talking to you and 2 weeks to your customer service and still I didn't get my package that you delivered to someone else on 4 July!!!!
Traumatizing experience with @Aramex my shipment was delivered to another person and every time I call to follow up customer service give me a new lie when it!!!! #aramex#shopnship
@Aramex still no action from #aramex waiting to see what is the needful that you're doing. So far talking to you customer service has been awful and far from helpful!!!
@ShereenNKhalil Hello, weโre truly sorry to hear that! We apologize for any delay or failure that occurred, kindly DM us with your shipment tracking number to check and do the needful. Thanks
@Aramex I did send you a DM that has not been responded to. (Supplier UPS Tracking Number: 1Z6515XY0340519233 / Aramex Tracking Number: 9422490626)
Happy to provide all the paperwork related to the shipment.
Is that why your #aramex team keeps giving misleading information when tracking my shipment when it actually was delivered to someone else more than a week ago? Is that your best solution? @Aramex

Covid should not be considered a virus. It is a disease until we have a vaccine and tackle it. It will infect your body for life. Please be safe and wear your masks and practice proper social distancing. No one is going to protect you and your loved ones more than you!
This week alone, New York has lost more people than we did on 9/11.
Iโve been on the phone all week with sobbing nurses, health aides, warehouse & frontline workers.
COVID is a traumatic event. We must make serious investments for the mental healthcare of our frontline workers.
Food workers.
Grocery clerks.
Cashiers.
Delivery drivers.
Warehouse stockers.
They were never โunskilled workers.โ
They were always essential.
And itโs WAY past time they got the respect they deserve w/ a living wage, paid sick leave, guaranteed healthcare, hazard pay, & more.
These tough times that we are facing with the rest of the world shall pass. However, we must all have patience. The UAE is faring well, all thanks to the early efforts and measures in place to face this virus.
