@CrossCountryUK hi folks, been on the train over 2.5 hours up to Edinburgh and they’ve only come around once with drinks as soon as we got on. Not seen anyone through 1st class since. Is this the norm? Only 5 of us in the carriage but hoped we’d get another chance for some water.

@CrossCountryUK It’s the Edinburgh train, due in at 22:14, next stop Newcastle. Wouldn’t have paid for first class if all we would get is 1 water, so would appreciate if they can come back around. Thanks.

@waitrose Wow, shockingly poor customer svs. Had to spend 28 min trying to get through to Waitrose to be told my order has been cancelled. Should you not let customers know rather than having to waste 4.5hr waiting in for it? Why bother texting delivery time if it wasn’t coming?

Wow, I bought a pair of @VANS_Europe @Vans shoes, which split right down both sides of the shoe & through the foam on 6th wear. They’ve declined any responsibility saying it is ‘wear & tear’ & isn’t material or manufacturing damage. Err, sorry, what? Shockingly poor customer svs!

I would say attendees were all over the age of 35 but that not all of the demographic were in the category that have been affected.
