What an end to the week! Having had a careless driving charge against our client dropped in August, unusually the PF re-raised proceedings. Today we successfully argued a plea in bar of trial on the basis that it was oppressive meaning our client’s ordeal is at an end! #Results

For nearly a year our client has strenuously denied an allegation of drink driving. After a lot of hard work and overcoming a number of hurdles our client was aquitted this morning! #results
