Spending time onboard TS Royalist last week gave me a real appreciation for the challenge, teamwork and pride that define life at sea. A hugely valuable experience and a real credit to everyone onboard.

Dad's had an update this morning.
It is suspected of chronic kidney issue that I was just getting on with. My Kidneys aren't the correct size and it isn't something that is going to get better.
Possibly manageable with diet but will progressively deteriorate over time. 1/2
