@NangijalaTV Ich war ja jetzt die ganze Woche schon dabei und hab jeden Tag andere Zeiten probiert. Für mich haben 40 minuten focus, 5 min Pause, 4 Wiederholungen und nach der vierten dann 30 Minuten Pause am besten funktioniert. Damit kommst du dann auf 3,5h pro 4 sessions.
