@noirrain66@jari428 Then fucking explain it. I literally asked what are you on about and you started insulting me for no reason. Are you really that impaired to be unable to communicate like a normal person?
The original japanese release IS the root, so it's not censored "by the west" like you said
@noirrain66@jari428 ???
Why are you resorting to personal insults?
You can literally watch the censored vs uncensored (japanese) release on youtube. Like, it's not hidden knowledge. Even the wiki confirms it.
@noirrain66@jari428 No, you mentioned "the west" censoring it. How would they do that if "the root" is in japan? A japanese studio? The only people in the west who would be able to is the blu ray publishers. Or anyone who publishes physical copies.
@noirrain66@jari428 Youtube is a public platform so of course they're going to cover R stuff as to not get hidden when people search for it. But there's literally no reason to censor a blu ray release, they don't care.
@lordsidcup@Variety I can promise you will find at least one bigot in every film production who is contributing financially to oppress them, but isn't public like JKR.
But for every person like that, there's at least a hundred non-bigoted people in the project. People who just love what they do.
@kanegitsuneZero@YukiMak72234508@that_gg2078 But then what's the point of introducing a new world if the MC is just gonna "introduce" our modern morality into it?
Not to mention most of the isekais I've seen have the same morals, only outdated maybe a few hundred years since they're all set in medieval times.
@mirthpilled@YukiMak72234508@that_gg2078 Yeah, that was actually pretty interesting. And they even mentioned the fact, that the child's body was taken over by somebody else, so essentially the original child is dead.
It was so refreshing to actually read a series where the consequences are not ignored completely.
@Bluecannon34@ImaRealFerret@Pirat_Nation It looks the same to me. It's just different lighting and the character being zoomed on the second screen, so of course it will look less sharp. It's still the same high fidelity model.
