Let's start having a voice here, players who aren't Asian matter too! Come on!

This is not just about Valko anymore.
Many players were excited enough about Valko that they created entirely new accounts specifically to prepare for him. People spent months saving resources, planning their pulls, and getting ready for his release. Some players even spent real money because they believed in the direction the game appeared to be taking.
When Valko was introduced, many of us felt that our excitement had finally been rewarded. We followed official announcements, celebrated new content, prepared our accounts, and looked forward to his release.
Now we are being told that Valko is cancelled.
Not delayed.
Not redesigned.
Cancelled.
And even worse, we are being told that no future love interests will be introduced at all.
The disappointment goes far beyond one character. The issue is trust.
How are players supposed to feel confident investing their time, money, and excitement into future content when a major addition can be announced, promoted, and then completely abandoned?
Many players are now talking about quitting the game entirely. Not simply because they liked Valko, but because this situation has damaged their trust in the company more than it was already was and in the future direction of the game.
Whether someone personally liked Valko's design is not the point. The problem is that players were encouraged to become excited about a future that has now been removed.
People invested time.
People invested money.
People invested effort preparing for him.
And now many of us are left feeling that our support meant nothing.
What makes this even more frustrating is the widespread perception that this decision was made in response to backlash from a portion of the Chinese playerbase that disliked Valko's appearance. Meanwhile, many global players supported Valko, and even many Chinese players themselves expressed support for him.
Yet it feels as though those voices were ignored.
For years, global players have often felt like an afterthought whenever controversy arises. This situation only reinforces that feeling. It creates the impression that if enough complaints come from one part of the community, the company is willing to completely abandon content regardless of how many other players were excited for it.
A company should not promote a character, encourage players to prepare for his release, and then erase him entirely because part of the community objected to his existence.
Players deserve consistency, respect, and confidence that the content they are encouraged to anticipate will actually be delivered.
Right now, that trust has been seriously damaged.
