@FNBSA I am highly frustrated and irritated with the current service provided. I have repeatedly reported credit card fraud for a card that has been canceled, blocked and blacklisted! Yet charges are still going off on my account!! How is a canceled card active and linked!!😡😡😡

@FNBSA . After being told that charges would not go through and after sitting on the call from 8- 12pm yesterday. More charges have gone through my credit card account!!! At this point none of the cards are active! I have spent the whole week logging cases!😡

@Rb__sa @FNBSA no one called, I was on the call with them until 12pm yesterday. Still no definite answer 😒. Not impressed one bit. I was told no charges would go off!! More charges are still going off. 😡 My current card is now temp blocked and charges are still going off!!!!
