Extending AFLW beyond space b/w Aus Open/AFLM is inevitable if AFL are serious about their vision to eventually make AFLW fully professional. Shortening season disrespects players, staff & fans whilst failing to address the supposed commitment to advance the game. We deserve more

[David Sheridan @Sherrocoach]

Reckon I wrote the same thing 2 years ago. It’s cultural. West Coast Eagles when tackled seek to place their head on in the tacklers underarm searching for a free kick. Replay the first half for yourself. It’s a technique that is no less disgraceful than diving in soccer.

@mmmhotbreakfast Rosie please cut in to the podcast your Eurydice piece for us white collars who got up too late to hear it. From the feedback it was clearly moving.
