Tax pros - Don't let the feelings you're feeling now dull over the summer/fall, which leaves you unmotivated to make necessary changes.

Document what needs to change, along with notes of feelings to trigger a sense of urgency.

Otherwise, it's easy to have time "heal" those busy season wounds, and all of a sudden, you don't feel like anything needs to change.
