USAA IS HOLDING MY ACCOUNT HOSTAGE
Used the mobile app to transfer funds from my other bank into my USAA account. USAA put a hold on a portion of the funds for one week. NOW I’m trying to escalate things and get my funds ASAP as I’m trying to pay a USAA debt. #usaa

I gave up. No one could truly help me. Had to switch to a stand-alone line AND because Verizon couldn’t figure out how to get my Apple Watch to work as previously, we had to move that from my husband’s acct to my new one. Now he and I have separate accounts and pay ~$130 each.

Tried to add my phone line to my husband’s and charge nothing else. Got an almost doubled increased bill! Turns out, Verizon claims to not have a family plan nor will add to an existing plan. Time to look for a new mobile carrier.

@tyhigaki The VA will give you a few days in an emergency - they’ll just need to contact your PCP for approval. Of course, you must first pitch a fit and demand some of your meds because you are out and cannot wait for the mail!
