That’s true, the rewards travel with the NFT, and the tier stays attached to it.
But when the NFT is transferred, it goes to sleep. It needs to be awakened again so the contract recognizes the new wallet as the owner eligible for future rewards and claims.
It’s simple, bro.
Waking it up costs exactly around $0.34. If you want, send me your wallet and I’ll send you the $SHER you need for it.
New utility for $SHER: Forest Draw 🌲
Forest Draw is an automatic NFT raffle system for the Sherwood collection.
To participate, you need to hold an active SHER NFT and unlock that NFT once using $SHER.
How to join:
1. Hold at least 1 SHER NFT
2. Have an NFT awake and active.
3. Go to Forest
4. Select the active NFTs you want to enter
5. Click Unlock Entries
6. The contract burns 20,000 $SHER for each selected NFT
7. Once unlocked, each NFT automatically participates in future draws as long as it remains active
Rules:
Each active + unlocked NFT = 1 entry.
▸ 1 NFT = 1 entry
▸ 5 NFTs = 5 entries
▸ 10 NFTs = 10 entries
Rank does not multiply Forest Draw entries. Rank is still used for reward weight in Earn.
Cost:
20,000 $SHER per NFT.
This amount is burned forever. It does not go to the dev, treasury, or rewards pool.
Draw windows:
▸ Each Forest Draw window lasts 2 hours.
▸ When the window ends, anyone can click Run Draw to execute the raffle on-chain.
Prizes:
Prize NFTs are held inside the Forest Draw contract.
When a draw runs, the contract:
▸ Selects an active + unlocked NFT as the winner
▸ Reserves an NFT from the prize pool
▸ Records the result publicly on-chain
▸ Allows the winner to click Claim Prize
Important:
The Forest Pass is paid once per NFT. Once an NFT is unlocked, it remains eligible for future draws while it stays active.
If the NFT goes Sleeping/inactive, it stops participating until it is awakened again.
I’ll also be sweeping the OpenSea floor whenever necessary to keep the Forest Draw prize pool stocked with NFTs.
Burn $SHER. Keep your Outlaws awake. Win NFTs. 🏹
I’m preparing something new for you... 🌲🏹
Probably sooner than you think. 👀
Current stats:
→0.4381 ETH distributed to NFT chests
→ 105 NFTs burned through Ascension, 3.5% of supply
→ 110,185,473 $SHER burned forever
Everything continues running through the on-chain reward system.
A few improvements/fix have just been implemented across the Sherwood site. 🌲
$SHER just changed the game.
The dev wallet burned its entire supply.
That means $SHER is now CTO — no dev bag, no team supply sitting on the sidelines. From here, it’s about the community, the meme, and how far the narrative can travel.
A clean slate with the community holding the wheel.

How to choose a SHER on @opensea 🌲
You can buy SHER NFTs directly on OpenSea and check their traits before buying.
The most important trait is Rank, which determines the NFT’s earning tier:
→ Scout = Tier 1
→ Rogue = Tier 2
→ Warden = Tier 3
→ Vault Keeper = Tier 4
→ Crownless Founder = Tier 5
Higher tiers have more earning weight, which means a larger share of the rewards pool.
You can also check:
→ Oath — Sleeping or Active
→ Ascension — Unfused, Twin-Bound or Triune
Important:
The Rank stays with the NFT when it is sold.
Any assets already inside the NFT’s chest also move with the NFT.
After a sale or transfer, the Oath resets to Sleeping, so the new owner must wake the NFT again to become eligible for future reward rounds.
Choose wisely. 🏹
@EthDeFiance It sounds like Brave may be resetting some local/session state in the UI, which makes it look like Sync/Spoils were reset even though the on-chain state is still there.
I’m already looking into improving this UX and wallet persistence on Brave.
New SHERWOOD update is live.
You can now manage multiple NFTs at once:
- Select multiple Outlaws
- Wake them together
- Upgrade rank for selected active NFTs
@gotinearly24 No, you don’t need to sync before every reward round. Once your NFT is awake and synced, it stays eligible.
You only need to sync again if you make changes that need to be reflected.
