Hey @GoDaddy I have a problem with your business practices and have been denied the ability to speak to a supervisor or any decision-maker through two attempts of contact to resolve things. worse. have a ticket opened 3/5 that never got a response. It just keeps getting worse.

Every single male family members' funeral I've attended has included military honors. My father is interred in Arlington. Thank you, @cmcmclymer, and everyone else involved who adds respect and beauty to a difficult time in life.

We practiced with caskets that were stored outside our barracks building. To simulate the weight of honored remains, we’d toss several full sandbags into the belly of the casket and then, for hours, we’d go through our exact movements.

Even w/o it being advertised with a depth of 19.69 inches & the actual depth being under 16 inches, the website & paperwork in box with the item give a weight limit of 120 lbs but the sticker on the item says 95 lbs. Completely unusable for the purpose it was selected.

Turns out @AshleyHomeStore is ok w/ the false advertising of 3rd party vendors under their name & they like to delete posts that call them out.

Would not have bought the item if the desc was correct, but now we are "deciding to return" it & responsible for expense to return it?

@AshleyHomeStore advertising 3rd party vendor prod on website. 3rd party sends furniture that doesn't match online desc. Too much effort = 3rd party response "they got what they ordered" tho depth 3" less/weight limit 25 lbs less. Now "requesting return" can't make them tho....
